The band thoroughly enjoyed two days of playing for Leeds Castle Christmas Market on 9th and 17th December respectively.
The 9th was extremely cold and crisp with bright sunshine and lots of hoppers who were very appreciative of the music they heard. Our thanks go to stand in MD David Lockwood who was deputising for Melvin.
The 16th started out as a chilly day but rapidly warmed up and a light drizzle set in. However, this did not seem to deter the shoppers who once again turned out in droves. The band’s playing was the subject of many encouraging and appreciative comments from the many people who heard the varied programme that was on offer.
